高雄市警方打擊詐欺不手軟，繼續向上溯源詐騙車手，擒獲四犯案車手。日前轄內民眾遭歹徒以「猜猜我是誰」、「LINE假冒老同學」等詐騙話術騙取積蓄，專案小組立即調閱相關資料展開偵辦，運用警政署反詐騙歹徒提款地點資料分析取款熱點，循線掌握多位詐欺集團提款車手特徵，查出藏匿處所，掌握其中四名車手真實身分為鍾○○（男、83年次) 、廖○○(男、83年次)、呂○○(男、84年次)、王○○(男、84年次)等四人，遂兵分多路埋伏逮人，四人見大勢已去，束手就擒坦承犯案，現場起獲犯案衣著、安全帽及智慧型手機等物，遂帶案偵辦。
為打擊詐欺車手，本分局成立專案小組，針對詐騙車手團向上追查繼續溯源，掌握住四名犯案車手特徵及身哪裡便宜分，報請高雄地檢署檢察官指揮偵辦，協同刑事警察局偵查第八大隊第四隊，持法院搜索票及檢察官核發拘票，立即於4月18日於本轄皓東路及九如一路等地埋伏逮人，再次打擊詐騙車手團，同步擒獲四車手，現場起獲贓證物，犯嫌坦承犯案。
詢據鍾、廖、呂、王等四人均坦承缺錢花用才來做車手。鍾嫌因為當車手賺錢輕鬆，索性找友人廖嫌當司機，載渠四處提領贓款。呂嫌經上線介紹，僅當車手二日。另王嫌係鍾嫌同事，因為想賺零用錢，經鍾嫌介紹當車手，僅於ATM提款機提領一天(2次)就被警方查獲。渠等心存僥倖，然走過必留痕跡。

前美國聯準會 (Fed) 主席伯南克 (Ben Bernanke) 週二 (15 日) 接受《MarketWatch》專訪時表示，Fed 應該考慮將負利率納入其貨幣政策工具，以對抗美國經濟再度陷入衰退。他認為在需要的情況下，Fed 將會、也很可能應該考慮採行負利率政策。
在上回金融危機期間，前 Fed 副主席 Alan Blinder 曾倡議將隔夜存款利率設為負值，以鼓勵銀行業不將資金囤積在央行，而做更有效的使用。但伯南克及其他Fed 官員最後卻決定不這麼做，因為擔心弊大於利，尤其是貨幣市場基金可能賺不到足夠支應管理費用的收入。
但今日歐洲的經驗，顯示這層憂慮並無根據。目前包括歐洲央行 (ECB) 及瑞士、丹麥、瑞典的央行，都已將政策利率砍至負值；其中 ECB 就在本月稍早，又再將存款利率由 -0.2% 調降至 -0.3%。伯南克表示，他對於歐洲負利率能降到如此低感到意外。
不過伯南克補充，負利率不能成為 Fed 對抗經濟衰退的主要工具，因為效果相當有限。到了某個時候，人們便會開始囤積現金；加上美國金融體系的特性，也限制了負利率的效用。但他尚未聽聞歐洲有民眾受到負利率政策影響，因為個人活期存款帳戶並非負利率。
